General
All products are individually handcrafted. As a result, minor variations in appearance, dimensions, or other characteristics are inherent and shall not constitute a defect. The purchaser acknowledges and accepts that the delivered product may reasonably differ from the product images displayed on the webshop.
Prices
All prices are listed in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices on a daily basis without prior notice. All sales are subject to availability.
Payment
All prices are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT.
Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard via Stripe – a secure third-party payment solution.
Please note: You are responsible for any local VAT or other import costs your country may charge.
Shipping
Shipping and Delivery
Fina endeavors to dispatch in-stock items within 2 business days.
We deliver throughout Denmark.
Shipping rates start from DKK 45. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of order.
We do not deliver internationally, nor to the Faroe Islands or Greenland.
All shipments are sent via Dao.
Please note: If there is no space available at the designated pick-up location, the package will be redirected to the nearest available location, and you will be notified. For any issues, please contact Fina.
Delivery Time in Denmark
Deliveries are made on business days only. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from shipment.
Custom-Made Items and Digital Downloads
Certain products may be subject to special delivery conditions, which will be clearly stated before purchase.
Uncollected Parcels
If a delivery is not collected as agreed and the order is returned to Fina, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund, along with an administrative fee of DKK 150.
If the customer wishes to receive the order again, a new shipping fee will apply.
Right of Complaint (Warranty)
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is provided. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. Depending on the situation, the item may be repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper handling. Any defects must be reported to Fina within 3 days of receiving the goods. Fina will cover reasonable return shipping costs in such cases.
Damaged items will be replaced free of charge if in stock, or a refund will be issued.
Returns and Complaints
For returns, complaints, or exercising the right of withdrawal, items must be sent to:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
If the returned goods have depreciated in value due to handling for which you are responsible, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the refund.
All payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard offered), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods unless you provide proof of dispatch.
Right of Withdrawal
A full 14-day return policy applies to items purchased from the webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you:

Receive the order.

Receive the last item in your possession when multiple items are ordered in a single order but delivered individually.

Receive the last batch or part when goods are delivered in multiple batches/parts.

Receive the first item when goods are delivered regularly over a specified period.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Withdrawal must be notified no later than 14 days after purchase, and goods must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal via email to [EMAIL ADDRESS].

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised simply by refusing delivery without providing clear notice.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if execution has begun with prior consent.
Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement, provided the goods have not yet been dispatched. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]
